Q: How can I return or exchange an item?

Q: Can I add items to an existing order?
A: It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like to purchase other items, please place a new order.

A: You may choose to receive email updates on news, new collections, upcoming sales, and events. Simply enter your email address in the newsletter box at the bottom of every page. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the footer of your email updates.
Q: The product I want is sold out. Will you restock? If so, can you notify me when it becomes available?
A: We largely do limited numbers per product but sometimes we renew popular products. Please email us at info@studiokiklee.com mentioning the product name and quantity requirements and we will get back to you on availability and time frame.
